In therapy, I have had great success in helping people improve their lives. You should not expect a “quick fix” in therapy, but you should expect steady progress as you build the foundation for a lifetime of greater joy, greater fulfillment, and greater meaning.
During the course of therapy, you will gain insight and greater self-awareness. Armed with knowledge of who you are, and what you want from your life, you will be better able to have satisfying relationships, enjoy more professional success, and feel better about yourself.
It’s my hope that in therapy you will gain abilities that you can apply over the course of your life.
